Savin has spent the majority of his career supporting the public sector selling and delivering IT services and products to the federal government across the DoD and Federal Civilian agencies. He has worked with companies of all sizes providing capabilities in cloud, DevOps, cyber and IT modernization.
Michael is a Naval Academy graduate, who has spent his post military career selling software and services for companies like IBM, SAP and CSRA. Since joining Catapult Growth Partners Mike has served both small and large clients seeking to grow their market presence across DoD and Civilian markets.
Fran has spent her career in Federal Sales and Business Development. She is highly experienced in full-lifecycle business development from identification through the capture and proposal process. Her primary focus has been in the Federal Civilian Agencies and since joining Catapult Growth Partners, supported clients in the Civilian and DoD Agencies.
Caroline is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of sales and revenue expansion, through crafting complex solutions, customer relationship building and tenacity.
Caroline has a background in software and services and has been successful selling in the Federal Civilian market throughout her career.
Caroline has worked in sales and business development in the past with companies including Experian, Lexis Nexis, QinetiQ, General Dynamics and Alion.
Andy has a proven track record of increasing revenue through identifying, qualifying, and capturing opportunities that drive business expansion and increase brand recognition. He is well known in the Federal CIO and CFO communities with connections among executives at VA, GSA, DHS, USDA, HUD, DOC, DOJ, Treasury, EPA, and smaller agencies. Since joining Catapult Growth Partners, he has served clients seeking to grow their businesses in both DoD and Civilian Agencies.
Christina is a CPA with extensive experience working with large enterprise energy, financial services, financial and innovative technology both CONUS and OCONUS. She is most passionate about working with small and middle-market businesses, providing a full spectrum of business development services from strategic planning and market penetration assessments to pipeline development and teaming, with growth strategies to include JV's and MP's. Since joining Catapult, she has focused on AI/RPA and cybersecurity platforms, data science and analytics, program management, A&AS, FMS, Acquisition and Financial Management, DEI and contract vehicles such as Oasis, PACTS II and NOVASTAR
Harold has over thirty years of executive-level federal sales experience within diverse and complex technology corporations. Throughout his career, Harold has actively participated in the sales process, with responsibilities ranging from direct sales and channel development to sales management and territory development within corporations like UPS, Arrow Electronics, MicroStrategy and for twenty years with his own company before joining Catapult Growth Partners.
"Arch" retired from the Navy where he held Director and Commander level positions leading hundreds of staff supporting dozens of organizations in the areas of IT, Telecomm and Cyber Security - both CONUS and OCONUS. Arch brings extensive relationships across the Department of Defense. Since joining Catapult Growth Partners, Arch has been focused on the rapidly changing Cyber Security market.
Frank has served in executive-level management, senior business development, and corporate development positions. He has strong experience in business development, strategic partnerships and alliances, acquisition due diligence, strategic planning, P&L, and new market/opportunity identification and penetration. Frank has a long history supporting client pursuits in both Civilian Agencies and across DoD.
Stewart has over twenty five years experience in enterprise oriented sales delivering software solutions and professional services to large and mid-sized organizations in both the private and public sector. He has a history of building and maintaining relationships with systems integrator's, valued business partners and "C" level to mid-level management. He has a history of delivering results for both new customer logo’s and in grow existing customer footprints.
Don Ellison has 33 years of consulting experience primarily in the Federal sector. Early in his consulting career, he established a practice at ICF focused on international programs in public health, health
informatics, counter-trafficking, food security, media, and energy/environment across 4 continents. As a
Senior Vice President he managed operating groups, served on the corporate board of Macro International, a subsidiary of ICF, and oversaw the international accounts for ICF. He has a strong entrepreneurial focus with a record of building business units and expanding into new clients and sectors.
