During the first 30 years of his career, Mr. Johnson held executive leadership positions at General Electric, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM. In 2010, Mr. Johnson started his own business (3A Broker Services) to leverage the expertise he developed at these corporations to successfully lead smaller companies to achieve growth in the Federal market. Today, Mr. Johnson leads the Business Growth Advisory Practice at Catapult Growth Partners.
Mr. Johnson possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minor in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University, a Master's Degree in Taxation from Widener University and was a CPA in the State of Pennsylvania.
JP is a consulting industry veteran and entrepreneur with over 25 years of executive leadership and start-up experience founding, leading and growing large and mid-market consulting companies. Over the last 17 years, JP and his partners successfully built and exited two notable GovCon consulting businesses. Earlier in his career, JP elevated to Partner within Andersen Business Consulting, and has leveraged his large business acumen and start-up experiences to advise dozens of small businesses. Today, JP leads the Operational Excellence Practice at CGP, collaborating with clients to deliver actionable and pragmatic growth strategies and measurable, value-driven projects.

Michael has more than 30 years of experience providing growth and operations leadership in highly competitive markets. He is tenacious in building new business, improving corporate performance, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with external business partners. Michael has held executive positions with ManTech, SAIC, Vencore and AT&T. Today, he leads the Catapult Transaction Advisory practice.
